Job Description:

The Cinema at the Power Station is currently recruiting a Bartender.

Location: London Battersea Power Station

Contract: Full Time

Salary: £14 per hour

Hours: 35 per week

Who are we?

Split between the iconic Battersea Power Station and under the railway arches beside it, The Cinema in the Power Station is an exciting new project in the heart of southwest London.

Role Overview:

We are in need of a knowledgeable, engaging, and experienced bartender to join us, providing our guests with first-class service.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting guests, making them feel welcome and comfortable
• Providing high-quality beverages, including cocktails
• Working as a team player at all times
• Maintaining a pristine bar and bar area
• Assisting in other areas of the business as needed
• Adhering to checklists and cleaning rotas

Requirements:

• Customer service skills
• Experience in bartending, focusing on cocktails
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Positive, friendly demeanor
• Flexibility, reliability, and commitment
• Ability to attend all required training
• Excellent time management skills

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience working in a cinema or theatre
• Interest in film (not essential but advantageous)
• Barista experience
