The Bell in Charlbury is seeking a passionate bartender to join our team and elevate our handcrafted drinks in a relaxed, guest-focused setting. You will craft our artisanal cocktails with seasonal ingredients, particularly for our outdoor beer garden, delivering warm hospitality to locals and visitors alike.

This role offers a 45-hour week with weekend flexibility. The published earnings show an annual OTE of £33,469.20, including base pay and gratuities, reflecting the value of outstanding

About The Role

As our team continues to grow, we’re on the lookout for a passionate Bartender to join us and help elevate our drinks offering.

You will be a core member of delivering our bespoke range of handcrafted, artisanal cocktails - made with the freshest, seasonal ingredients to our guests, particularly in our stunning beer garden – a favourite spot for locals and visitors alike.

• The on target earning potential for this role is £33,469.20 per annum based on a 45-hour contract - comprising a base salary of £28,969.20, plus a qualified estimate of £4,500 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

About Gratuities & Service Charge

• Gratuities are paid on a pro-rata basis.
• It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £4,500 in addition to their annual salary.
