3 gorges restaurant. . We’re looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Bartender Supervisor to lead our bar team and support our floor staff during busy shifts. No prior experience? No problem! We provide full training to help you master everything you need to succeed.. . Key Responsibilities:. . Supervise bar operations and ensure high-quality service.. Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and consistently.. Train, support, and motivate bar staff.. Manage inventory, restocking, and cleanliness.. Collaborate with the floor team to ensure smooth service.. Step in to assist on the floor as needed (e.g., taking orders, running food, assisting customers).. Handle customer queries or complaints professionally.. open and close the restaurant . . . What We’re Looking For:. . A positive attitude and eagerness to learn..
