Here at Daffodil we champion local Welsh suppliers sourcing all our produce as locally as we can using small artisan suppliers many of whom can be found in Cardiff Market. A comprehensive Wine List consisting of 31 wines, with a team that can recommend pairing with any of our dishes, and a beer, spirit & cocktail list to excite any level of connoisseur.

What's the Role?

• Engaging with customers so they receive the full 'Daffodil Experience'
• Making drinks and cocktails in a fast paced environment
• Working in collaboration with theteam to ensure a smooth and pleasant service
• Adhere to food safety regulationsand maintain cleanliness in the restaurant and barareas
