Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London.

As a Rooftop Bartender at One Hundred Shoreditch Hotel, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and crafting innovative cocktails for our guests. With panoramic views of the city as your backdrop, you will create memorable experiences while showcasing your passion for mixology and hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented bartender to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, surrounded by stunning views and a vibrant atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, beverages, and light snacks with precision and flair, adhering to established recipes and standards.
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including proper storage of ingredients, glassware, and equipment.
Collaborate with the bar team to develop new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus, showcasing creativity and innovation.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock management to ensure adequate supplies are available for service.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures, as well as responsible alcohol service guidelines, to create a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and team members.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the bar area, to ensure smooth operations.

Salary: Up to £15.90/h
