Job summary

Quod Restaurant & Bar in Oxford is seeking a capable bartender to deliver a memorable guest experience across a busy service. You will mix cocktails, pour wines and spirits, and provide attentive service in a vibrant city-centre setting.

The role offers a 35-hour working week with a Monday to Sunday rota and an OTE up to £16.96 per hour, including service charge. Part-time hours may also be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy restaurant or bar environment.
• Passion for food, spirits, wine and cocktails.
• Barista skills desirable; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a memorable, high-quality experience.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages and bar snacks.
• Work a 35-hour week with a Monday–Sunday rota; part-time considered.
