We are currently looking for a passionate Bartender to join our Mirror Bar on a permanent basis, with an immediate start. You will be responsible for delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and team. We value positive energy and a diverse, caring community where careers matter.

As a Bartender, your main duties will include:

• Curate & create innovative cocktail menus, blending modern trends with classics
• Provide personalized drink recommendations, engaging with guests to understand their tastes and enhance their experience
• Suggest cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages, providing detailed explanations when taking orders and serving
• Explore new techniques, ingredients, and trends in mixology to keep our offerings fresh and exciting
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service, and hospitality to ensure an exceptional guest experience

You will work 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
