Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Bartender to welcome guests, take orders, and serve drinks and food, ensuring a first-class dining experience in a busy hotel environment.

You will maintain a clean dining area, manage payments, and stay agile to support colleagues across the hotel. Experience in bar or hospitality helps, with 18+ age requirement due to licencing laws in some locations.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and living the Aimbridge brand standards.
• Strong communication with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Able to work well in a team and collaborate with staff across the hotel.
• Attention to detail and maintaining a clean, organised dining area.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in bar or hospitality and knowledge of cocktails is beneficial.
