This is a PART TIME/FULL TIME position, with shifts over 3-5 days, starting at £12.21 per hour plus service charge.

What We Need:

Our team consists of cocktail experts who craft drinks with speed and precision. As a bartender, you'll be intuitive, social, and detail-oriented, engaging with guests to deliver memorable experiences. No experience? No problem—training is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages following recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage professionally with guests, offering recommendations.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Ensure consistency and quality in all drinks.
• Follow safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Work with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Upsell and promote cocktails, specials, and events.
