Job summary

Signature Group is seeking a bartender to prepare and serve beverages across its venues in Scotland. You will deliver high-quality drinks, provide friendly service, and maintain bar cleanliness while adhering to licensing and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine, with the ability to craft high-quality drinks.
• Friendly, approachable, and able to engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Ability to handle multiple orders efficiently, especially during busy periods, while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth service and a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to customers while ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and making recommendations.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels to ensure a well-organized service area.
• Follow licensing and safety regulations to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance.
• Handle payments, operate till, and manage tabs or receipts.
