Job summary

Brasserie Zédel, part of The Wolseley Hospitality Group, seeks a Bartender to join a vibrant, high-volume French brasserie in Soho. Be instrumental in all bar and bar area operations from breakfast to dinner, keeping a bar well-stocked and ready to serve.

You will capture guests’ flavour profiles and offer recommendations of wines, beers and cocktails, serving and creating with pride. We value personalised service to build loyalty, ensuring the warmest experience, and you are our greatest asset.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is desirable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell and recommend drinks.

Responsibilities

• Be instrumental in all bar and bar area operations from breakfast to dinner, keeping a bar well-stocked of supplies, syrups and glassware.
• Capture guests’ flavour profiles, offering recommendations of wines, beers and cocktails – serve and create with pride!
