Job summary

The Megaro Hotel at Kings Cross is seeking a passionate Bartender for its extraordinary cocktail bar, Hokus Pokus. The role requires a minimum of 2 years experience and a charismatic, proactive team player with a strong work ethic.

You will report to the Bar Manager, contribute to launching the operation, and participate in crafting new cocktails while supporting a flexible, hands-on bar and floor service. This is an exciting opportunity to join an exceptional team delivering innovative service.

Bartender - Cocktail Bar

Kings Cross

We are looking for a Bartender for our extraordinary cocktail bar located under the iconic roof of The Megaro Hotel in Kings Cross St Pancras: Hokus Pokus.

The Bartender will be a very passionate individual; will have bags of charisma and will be a team player with a pro‑active and to‑do attitude. The role requires a flexible individual, happy to work late evenings, and experienced with the role for at least 2 years.

The Cocktail Bartender will:

• Report to the Bar Manager and work alongside all departments in launching successfully the operation
• Develop new cocktails in line with the Bar's concept and team
• Maintain a flexible attitude towards working hours and tasks, prioritising business needs at all times
• Participate actively in the run of the Bar and floor
