The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush is our fourth London Hoxton, located in the heart of Shepherd’s Bush, in an eclectic and diverse neighborhood. It features 237 playfully designed bedrooms and an all-day restaurant, Chet’s, serving Thai American comfort food. The hotel has a large open lobby with vintage seating and cozy corners, a central wraparound bar and terrace, making it ideal for exploring West London.

Job Description

What you'll do...

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests can unwind and enjoy themselves
• Prepare a range of drinks from soft drinks to seasonal cocktails
• Know your products and systems thoroughly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and tidy service for both tables and the bar

Qualifications

What we're looking for...

• Previous bartending and cocktail-making experience
• A natural people person, confident behind the bar and excellent with guests
• Desire to work in an environment that embraces individuality and authenticity
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests and colleagues
• Team player who leaves egos at the door and is willing to help out
• Open to trying new things and doing things differently
