Your key responsibilities

As a Bartender in the restaurant, you will be responsible for serving aperitifs, classic cocktails, as well as assisting our Sommelier with wine service and upselling. You’ll work closely with our team from The Donovan Bar to ensure the restaurant bar menu complements the seasonal dishes offered across the restaurant.

Charlie's is led by our Chef Director, Adam Byatt, who also heads the Michelin-starred Trinity Restaurant in Clapham. We take pride in using fresh, seasonal produce in every dish. The Donovan Bar, an award-winning establishment, is overseen by the renowned Italian Cocktail Maestro, Salvatore Calabrese.

You will receive ongoing support to refine your expertise as a drinks specialist, with excellent opportunities for both professional and personal growth. Your dedication and passion for your craft will make you a valued member of the Rocco Forte family.
