Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join the team at BFI Riverfront, a vibrant restaurant and bar located on the Southbank with views of Waterloo Bridge and the Thames.

Salary: £12.21 per hour + approximately £3.50 per hour in service charge

Position: Full-time (30+ hours per week)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Prepare alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages, and hot drinks
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards
  • Follow safety standards at all times
  • Work weekends and late evenings
  • Work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience in preparing and serving drinks is desirable.
