Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join the team at BFI Riverfront, our vibrant restaurant and bar, located at the Southbank with views of Waterloo Bridge and the Thames.

Salary: £12.21 per hour + approx. £3.50 per hour in service charge

Position: Full-time (30+ hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, hot drinks
• Interact with customers, take orders, serve drinks
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Maintain high standards of guest experience
• Follow safety standards at all times
• Work weekends and late evenings

Previous experience in drink preparation and service is desirable.
