  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as food items, following established recipes and quality standards.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the caf by cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and the overall environment regularly.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations, including restocking supplies, assisting in inventory management, and supporting each other during busy periods.
