About the Role

Greycoat Lumleys is proud to be working exclusively with Escapade, a 5* hotel situated on the track at Silverstone. This is a pre-opening and opening phase at an incredible venue. We are recruiting passionate, motivated individuals who love hospitality and aim to deliver 5* service. The role is initially for six months, starting in May, as part of the pre-opening team. Resilience is essential.

As the site is rural, you must have access to a car, as there is no nearby public transport.

Key Duties

1. Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
2. Take drink orders, serve, and offer recommendations
3. Recognise and personalise service for owners and repeat guests
4. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation at the bar
5. Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
6. Monitor and manage inventory levels
7. Order supplies and restock as needed
8. Ensure all equipment, including coffee machines, is maintained and in working order
9. Collaborate with the bar team and support the Bar Manager

Candidate Profile

• Passionate about hospitality
• Exceptional at bar tending or barista roles
• Experience in 4* or 5* environments
• High standards and attention to quality
• Positive, can-do attitude and team player
• Organised, discreet, and professional
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to anticipate and meet the needs of high-profile guests
