Job summary

The Bamford Collection is seeking a passionate Bartender/Barista to join Daylesford Farm, working across the Trough Restaurant and Old Spot Restaurant. You will craft exceptional coffees and beverages while delivering warm, memorable guest experiences in a luxury, farm-to-fork setting.

Hours range 32-40 per week, with weekend Shifts. Training is provided, and you will help drive Daylesford's sustainability story through friendly, thoughtful service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in a café or restaurant is preferred, but full training will be provided.
• Open 7 days a week; flexibility to cover weekends is essential.
• People with a passion for delivering extraordinary customer service.
• Come with a bright, warm, and welcoming mentality.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as food items, following established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant by cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and the overall environment regularly.
• Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations, including restocking supplies, assisting in inventory management, and supporting each other during busy periods.

SALARY: £30,971per annum OTE, Paid Weekly!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, answer questions about the menu, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as food items, following established recipes and quality standards.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant by cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and the overall environment regularly.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations, including restocking supplies, assisting in inventory management, and supporting each other during busy periods.

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment as a café or restaurant team member would be highly advantageous, but not a necessity as full training will be given.
• Daylesford is open 7 days a week, so flexibility to cover a variety of shifts including weekends is essential.
