Job summary

Bel & The Dragon Churt is looking for an experienced bartender to join our team. The role offers full-time hours with flexible shifts in a historic country pub and hotel setting, focusing on great food, drinks and hospitality.

Ideal candidates have bartending experience, a friendly attitude, a willingness to learn, and enjoy teamwork to create a welcoming guest experience. This role includes evenings and weekends and offers tips on top of hourly pay.

About the Role

Bel & The Dragon Churt is looking for an experienced bartender to join our team on a full-time basis, with flexible hours.

We're a historic country pub and hotel with a focus on great food, quality drinks and excellent hospitality. We're looking for someone who enjoys working behind the bar, takes pride in what they do and understands the importance of making every guest feel welcome.

What we're looking for:

• Previous bartending experience and confidence behind the bar.
• A friendly approach and a genuine interest in hospitality.
• A willingness to learn and develop your drinks knowledge.
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

You don't need to tick every box. A great attitude, a willingness to learn and a passion for looking after guests go a long way.
