Soho House in the United Kingdom seeks a Bartender who thrives on delivering premium beverage experiences to members and guests. You will support the Bar Manager and keep the bar fully stocked, clean, and presented to the highest standard.

You will prepare classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits with precision and flair, engage warmly with guests, and contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings with the bar team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong cocktail knowledge, including classics, techniques and spirits.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks to a consistently high standard, including cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Engage with members and guests in a warm, professional manner, remembering preferences and delivering a personalised experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of the bar before, during and after service.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory and replenishment of supplies throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health safety and hygiene standards always.
• Contribute to development of new cocktail menus and seasonal drink offerings with the bar team.
• Process orders accurately using the POS system and ensure all billing is completed to club standards.
• Collaborate with floor, kitchen and events teams for smooth service.
• Handle member queries and feedback confidently, escalating concerns to management as appropriate.

What we are looking for...

• 2 -3 years’ experience in similar capacity
• Strong cocktail knowledge, including classics, techniques, and spirits.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a confident, calm presence during busy services.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
• Experience working with POS systems, stock control, and basic reporting.
• Team player with a flexible, professional, and positive attitude.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Personal License or willingness to obtain one (preferred).
