Job description

Salary: Up to £14.50ph

Work Pattern: Wednesday – Sunday 4:0pm – 10:00pm

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of service at the bar, providing a warm and welcoming environment for guests, and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the bar area. This role involves serving drinks, managing bar inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

What you'll be doing:

  • Serving drinks consistently in line with Manor standards, taking note of guest preferences including wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks, and cocktails.
  • Providing a personalised and memorable experience for guests.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the bar and surrounding area.
  • Managing the bar inventory, including preparing suggested orders.
  • Accurately processing payments, whether card/cash payments or room charges.

About you:

  • Guest-focused with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent mixology knowledge.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience as a barman in a minimum 4-star environment.
  • Methodical and a team player.
  • High standard of guest care and awareness of Health & Safety.
