All Star Lanes in London is seeking a confident and energetic Bartender to join our dedicated team. You’ll create memorable drink experiences behind a busy bar, delivering fast, high-quality service while keeping a calm, friendly vibe.

We offer a competitive hourly rate with great tronc, free meals on shift, bowling and food/drink discounts for you and your circle, plus opportunities for progression. Applicants must be 18+ due to alcohol service.

We’re looking for a confident and energetic Bartender to join our dedicated team.

Working behind the bar is about creating great experiences through genuine connection and excellent service. You’ll be confident, adaptable, and able to read the room—delivering fast, high-quality drinks in a busy, high-energy environment. Calm under pressure, you bring professionalism, personality, and attention to detail to every shift, making every guest feel welcome and well looked after.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality venue (desirable)

• Strong cocktail knowledge and quick, efficient service skills

• Confident communication and great energy
