Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a bartender to join our hotel team in York. You’ll craft a variety of drinks, brew coffee, and deliver premium bar service to guests throughout shifts.

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, assist in food service, and ensure smooth daily operations with proactive restocking and issue reporting. The role emphasizes guest experience, teamwork, and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience crafting a variety of drinks with signature recipes.
• Strong bar knowledge and a flair for guest experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Create a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with signature recipes.
• Brew fresh coffee and provide exceptional table service.
• Set up and maintain the bar to premium standards, creating an inviting atmosphere.
• Record orders quickly and accurately, keeping pace with guests.
• Keep the bar sparkling clean and well organized.
• Serve food orders with care to guests at the bar.
• Report equipment issues to management to keep operations smooth.
• Proactively restock and replenish supplies for every shift.

• Keep the bar sparkling clean, from counters and sinks to all tools and storage spaces.
• Serve food orders with care to guests enjoying the bar, offering a seamless dining experience.
• Report any equipment issues to management to keep operations smooth and efficient.
• Proactively restock and replenish supplies, maintaining a fully equipped bar for every shift.
