RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Bartender to join the Bar team at Wotton House. You’ll mix drinks, recommend pairings and deliver attentive service to guests in a lively hotel setting.

As part of the Wonderfully Wotton experience, you’ll help create memorable moments at weddings and events, maintain a clean, well-stocked bar, and support a positive team culture. A passion for hospitality and willingness to learn are essential.

Competenze

• Experience in bar or hospitality is beneficial but not essential.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
• Friendly, approachable personality and confidence interacting with guests.
• Interest in wines, spirits, cocktails and all things drinks-related.
• Great communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Ability to stay calm, organised and upbeat during busy services.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a bar or hospitality environment would be advantageous, but isn't essential
