We are looking for a professional mixologist who has a passion for creating memories through their drink preparation and experimentation. An enthusiastic personality paired with the ability to work in a high-paced environment is a recipe for success.

Responsibilities

1. Greet guests, answer guests’ questions, and recommend food pairings.
2. Ability to mix drinks and experiment.
3. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring accurate charges and cash drawer is balanced.
4. Maintain a clean work area, removing trash, clearing tables, and washing glasses and equipment.
5. Adhere to the federal and state age limits as well as safety and procedures of the hotel.
6. Limited kitchen and food preparation is expected.
7. Basic computer skills.

Job Requirements:

• Have a keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills.
• Pleasant and friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of and adherence to all alcohol-related laws.
• Must obtain or possess the necessary certifications to serve alcohol.
• Able to work as a team and independently.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
• Physical mobility and stamina.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to follow instructions.
