We are hiring a Cocktail Bartender to join our team at JOIA, our restaurant, bar, and rooftop located on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of art’otel Battersea Power Station Hotel, offering iconic views overlooking Battersea Power Station.

Conceptualised by two Michelin-starred Portuguese Chef Henrique Sa Pessoa, JOIA will celebrate dishes showcasing Henrique’s vibrant, unique, and fresh take on traditional dishes using the best of British and Iberian produce sourced locally.

As a natural entertainer and people’s person, our Cocktail Bartender will strive to deliver a memorable experience with each sip of their expertly crafted drinks. They will possess excellent knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails, with a creative flair for creating new and exciting drinks to satisfy our guests' needs.

As our Cocktail Bartender, you will receive:

• Salary: Anticipated from £12.44 (minimum contracted rate) to around £17.50 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked – inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

As our Bartender, you will:

• Take pride in exceeding guests' expectations and be able to anticipate guests' needs to deliver a memorable experience.
• Be a passionate and highly motivated team player with the ability to inspire your team
• Be experienced in Mixology
• Experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar and across other departments, seeking ways to enhance the guest experience
