Job Summary

Summary: Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to liquor laws regarding serving minors and intoxicated guests.
• Set up and stock bars with beer, wine, spirits, and supplies.
• Maintain fresh garnishes, juices, and perishables.
• Greet guests courteously.
• Take and process drink orders, mix and garnish drinks, practice portion control.
• Verify guest IDs.
• Detect guest intoxication and follow liquor laws.
• Handle cash, verify charges, and record transactions.
• Secure beverage and cash assets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Arrange bottles and glasses attractively.
• Wash and sterilize stemware.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
