We are looking for what we call Party Starters. Be At One is built by bartenders, and our goal is not only to train you to become the best bartender you can be but also to guide you into being a leader! You just need a great personality and a natural ability to deliver service in a way that makes a night out memorable.

Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and engage every guest
2. Prepare and serve high-quality drinks and cocktails
3. Make recommendations that enhance guest experiences
4. Maintain a clean & safe environment for guests and colleagues
5. Work in a team that raises the standard in bartending
