Job summary

The Barnsdale in Rutland is seeking a vibrant Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You will bring passion for drinks, exceptional service and a proactive, team-first attitude to a premium hotel bar.

With at least 1 year in a premium restaurant or hotel bar, you will delight guests with wine, beer, spirits and cocktails while maintaining the high standards of Signet Collection’s luxury hospitality. Training and progression opportunities await.

• Have a huge passion for beverages including wine, beers, spirits and cocktails.
• Possess great communication and customer service skills.

We are looking for a highly energetic Bartender with bags of energy, a passion for life and the desire to be the best, to join our Food & Beverage team at The Barnsdale, Rutland.

Our 46-bedroom hotel overlooks the beautiful Rutland landscape with a picturesque courtyard, with a kitchen brigade providing fine dining using many ingredients sourced from the wealth of fine produce found in the locality.
