Job summary

We are looking for a highly energetic Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team at The Barnsdale, Rutland. The Barnsdale hotel offers a picturesque setting with a kitchen brigade delivering fine dining using local produce.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of experience in a premium restaurant or hotel bar.
• Have a huge passion for beverages including wine, beers, spirits and cocktails.
• Possess great communication and customer service skills.
• Be a team player, supporting your team across the hotel.
• Have a thirst for knowledge and self-development.
• Be comfortable working in fast-paced environments where demands change frequently.

Responsibilities

• Serve beverages to guests in a premium restaurant or hotel bar.
• Showcase knowledge of wine, beers, spirits and cocktails to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support colleagues across the hotel to maintain smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and accuracy at the bar and service stations.
