As a Bartender, you'll join a team passionate about delivering exceptional service, believing that anything is possible, and having fun in all that we do!

This is a casual contract (hours as required)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the smooth operation of the food & beverage department, delivering high-quality guest service either over the bar or at tables.
2. Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and timely responses to guest inquiries.
3. Take responsibility for assigned duties, ensuring all tasks are completed professionally and promptly.
4. Achieve departmental plans and hotel initiatives & targets.
5. Collaborate with your supervisor to control costs and inventory, and attain productivity and performance goals.
6. Build and maintain effective working relationships, promoting the company culture and values.
7. Ensure compliance with legislation and internal standards, maintaining due diligence and best practices for audits.

Requirements:

• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial but not essential.
• Hands-on approach with a proactive work style.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties.
• Personal integrity and a commitment to excellence.
• Experience with Epos systems on various platforms.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be over 18 years old.
• At least one year of hospitality or bar experience.
• Ability to work late hours, including after public transport has ended.
