Job summary

Heartwood Inns is looking for passionate bartenders to join our team across cosy pubs and brasseries. You’ll deliver friendly, guest-focused service with a flair for drinks in a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

We offer a National Living Wage-based pay plus TRONC, bespoke training, EarlyPay, generous leave, and staff perks including food discounts and referral bonuses. You must be 18+ to serve alcohol and join a growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• People person with strong interpersonal skills and ability to make guests feel welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive bar service to guests.
• Take and prepare drink orders with a professional and flair-focused approach.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and maintain bar stock and cleanliness.
