Job summary

Heartwood Collection, a multi-award-winning hospitality group, is seeking a Bartender to join our team in cosy pubs and atmospheric brasseries. You’ll deliver friendly service, craft drinks, and help guests feel at home across our Heartwood Inns and Brasserie Blanc venues.

With over 40 locations now and plans to expand further, we offer training through our Stepping Stones programme, access to support services, EarlyPay, and generous staff benefits including up to £1,500 referral bonus.

• You’re a people person with great interpersonal skills and love making guests feel special
• You’re flexible, reliable, and passionate about delivering excellent service
