Job summary

Marston's is seeking a Bartender to join our pub team in Melton Mowbray. You'll be at the heart of service, taking orders, serving drinks and food, upselling where appropriate, and ensuring guests have a memorable visit.

We welcome beginners and seasoned staff alike. Expect supportive training, a lively atmosphere, and opportunities to progress across our pubs, hotels and support centres with benefits such as staff discounts and wellbeing resources.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to serve alcohol
• No formal experience required; training provided
• Friendly attitude and willingness to learn on the job

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our pubs, creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere

• Provide brilliant customer service and attentiveness to guests

We’re on the lookout for a new Bartender to join our team! Applicants must be over 18 to adhere to legislation around serving alcohol.
