Job summary

Marston’s is hiring a Bartender to join its pub team. You must be 18+ to serve alcohol, with a focus on friendly, engaging guest experiences and upselling food and drinks.

Be part of a lively team, supporting colleagues across shifts and learning hospitality skills, marketing insight, and operations. Flexible, part-time hours are available to fit your schedule, with opportunities for progression across our pubs and centres.

We’re on the lookout for a new Bartender to join our team! Applicants must be over 18 to adhere to legislation around serving alcohol.

As part of our Bar and Waiting team you’ll:

Be the face of our pubs creating and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

• Be responsible for taking orders, serving and upselling our fantastic food and drinks
