DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Airport is recruiting a Bartender to join its hotel team. You will work in our busy restaurant and bar, delivering high standards of hospitality and welcoming guests with warmth.

Have in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks, and take pride in learning our food menu. You will engage with regular guests, anticipate their needs and ensure a memorable experience.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Airport is conveniently located within the airport complex, making it an excellent choice for pre-flight stays. We are currently recruiting for an engaging and driven Bartender to join our Truly Talented team.

• £25,174.50 per annum plus Tronc - service charge
• Permanent, full-time contract 37.5hrs per week

Your role

The ideal person for this role will be a true epicurean – a food and drink enthusiast, who maintains a solid and up-to-date understanding of the restaurant and bar scene.

You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar.

Have in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well. And enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs.

You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop.
