Job summary

The Green venue, part of St. Johns, is seeking a bartender to join our team in Manchester. You will be passionate about using top ingredients and delivering outstanding guest experiences, thriving in busy service and working well under pressure.

You will bring hospitality enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to share knowledge with colleagues while supporting other service areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Solid knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails.
• Passion for creating great drinks and mixology.

The Green is the latest addition to St. Johns. An outdoor space in the heart of the city, showcasing daily sporting events and more on the big screen.

The Role

We are looking for a bartender to come and join our team. You will love working with the best ingredients and providing outstanding service to all our guests. You will thrive in busy service and work well under pressure.

About You

You will have:

• previous experience within a similar role an environment
• solid knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails;
• a good understanding of mixology and a passion for creating great drinks;

You will have a genuine interest in hospitality and be enthusiastic and committed to ensuring an outstanding and consistent guest experience. A great team player, with a flexible 'can do' approach, always willing to help in other areas of service when required. You will be friendly and supportive of colleagues and willing to share your knowledge and skills with others.
