The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating innovative cocktails, managing a team, and exceeding guest expectations.

• Experience in bars and restaurants, with a passion for creating unique guest experiences that embody our commitment to exceptional service.
• Ability to engage in meaningful conversations with guests about cocktails, sustainability efforts, and our environmental initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new ingredients, and techniques to continually improve our beverage program.
