What you'll do

As a Bartender, you'll be at the heart of London's refined bar scene. You'll bring elegance, flair, and professionalism to every drink, creating exceptional cocktails and contributing to a lively yet sophisticated atmosphere. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, and beverages with accuracy and creativity.
• Creating a welcoming environment, engaging with guests professionally and genuinely.
• Maintaining in-depth product knowledge and guiding guests through the drinks menu.
• Ensuring the bar is fully prepared and maintained during shifts.
• Overseeing setup and breakdown of the bar area.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service and responding to guest needs.

You'll be part of a team that delivers outstanding drinks, theatre, comfort, and connection within Vesper Bar's distinctive ambiance.

What you'll bring

Essential Skills and Experience

• Experience as a Bartender in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and bar techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining guest interaction.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Responsibility for bar hygiene, presentation, and stock management.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Preferred Skills

• Qualifications in mixology or beverage service.
• Experience with seasonal menus or bar program development.
• Passion for storytelling and enhancing guest experience through drinks.
