As a Bartender, you'll be the heart of our venue, ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:. . - Mixing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on customer preferences and established recipes.. - Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking drink orders.. - Assessing and verifying the age of customers to ensure legal drinking age compliance.. - Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and disposing of waste.. - Handling cards and processing transactions accurately.. - Creating visually appealing and well-balanced cocktails using proper techniques and presentation.. - Monitoring and managing inventory levels, including stock takes and receiving deliveries.. - Adhering to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of potentially hazardous materials.. - Upholding a positive and friendly atmosphere while managing customer inquiries and concerns.. . .
