What You Will Be Doing

• Prepare and serve cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items and standard cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and champagnes, offering suggestions and recommendations as required
• Maximize food and drink revenue by offering suggestions and recommendations to suit customers’ tastes
• Ensure all bar tabs and bill information are accurate, correctly transferred to the customer check/room number, and all transactions are processed properly
• Keep furniture, crockery, and glassware clean and polished at all times
• Ensure the bar is adequately stocked, and displays are clean, presentable, and tidy
