Responsibilities:

2. Taking drink orders and serving guests with efficiency and accuracy.
3. Preparing and crafting a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on customer preferences and our menu.
4. Demonstrating knowledge of various cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
5. Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked.
6. Handling cash transactions and accurately processing payments.
7. Engaging with customers, building rapport, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
8. Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
9. Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a busy and reputable establishment is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and presentation.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and listening skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
