Bartender Wanted – Nine Elms Bar & Lounge

Location: Nine Elms, London

Hourly Rate: £12–£14 (Depending on Experience)

Role Type: Temporary with potential for full-time

We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and vibrant bartender to join our buzzing bar/lounge in Nine Elms. This temporary role covers our main bartender during annual leave, with a potential for permanent employment later this year as the current main bartender is moving on.

The Role Includes:

1. Evening/night shifts, some nights ending around 3:30am, so you must be comfortable with late finishes and safe transportation home.
2. Working in a fast-paced, energetic environment with busy nights, loud music, and cocktail shaking.
3. Thinking quickly, staying calm under pressure, and providing excellent service and joy to every customer.

What We Need From You:

1. Minimum 2–3 years experience in cocktail bartending and mixology.
2. Ideally based within 30 minutes of Nine Elms.
3. Reliable, punctual, with strong time management skills; failure to show up for shifts may lead to removal from future opportunities.
4. Confident, enthusiastic, and enjoys customer interaction.
5. Fast learner, motivated, and a team player behind the bar.
6. Available to work late hours and during the bartender’s annual leave.

Bonus Skills:

1. Flair, creativity, or unique cocktail techniques.
2. Great spirit and product knowledge.
3. Interest in growing into a more permanent role.
