We are currently recruiting for an M&E Bartender for our 5 Star Luxury Hotel The Londoner.
An amazing opportunity to join the Meeting and Events Operations Team as an M & E Bartender at The Londoner Hotel.
As an M&E Bartender, you will work alongside the bar management team to assist with achieving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals for the bar and operation.
Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels.
The role of Bartender also involves implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary under the guidance of the bar management team.
Current cocktail bar experience within a luxury bar or restaurant, ideally with a good knowledge of cocktails and fine wines.
You must have the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure they come to completion to achieve the required results.
Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets.
Demonstrates passion and drive to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision.
