Job description

Grind is a hospitality company that lives in London. Since opening Shoreditch Grind in 2011, the brand has expanded across London with restaurants and café-bars, burning the candle at both ends to serve coffee, food, and cocktails to a killer soundtrack.

Evenings at GRIND offer a variety of classics, coffee cocktails and guest cocktails. We’re all about creating a buzzing atmosphere by turning up the tunes, dimming the lights and serving the best espresso martini in London. We are looking for energetic night owls to join the Grind Crew in any of our Central London Locations!

At Grind, we’re always developing our cocktail and bar culture and are now looking for an enthusiastic bartender who enjoys making classical drinks with contemporary twists. Our Bartenders focus on the need for consistency and attention to detail when it comes to the classics, and contribute to the seasonal menus alongside the Bar Managers. As a GRIND Bartender of course we expect the usual stuff on a day to day basis; great service, cocktail consistency and some quality shaking. In return we'll have a structured personal development plan for you to push your career to the next stages, whatever that may be.
