NONOS, a new restaurant in London specializing in Greek cuisine, seeks a Bartender to create an enjoyable bar experience. This full-time position requires a friendly and energetic individual to serve drinks, maintain the bar’s cleanliness, and ensure customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will interact professionally with patrons and manage bar operations efficiently, working during evening hours across a seven-day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including counters and equipment.
• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes.
• Follow all food and beverage safety regulations.
• Manage bar opening and closing duties.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth service.

We are a new restaurant focusing on Greek cuisine. We have two floors a bar and a restaurant section. Our main aim is Greek grilled food with small sides.
