Job Title: Bartender

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests as well as maintaining a clean and tidy bar. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

1. Interact with guests, present menus, take orders, make recommendations, and serve snacks and drinks.
2. Ensure the bar is set up and closed down accurately and on time; cleaned, restocked, garnished, and all mise en place prepared and ready on time.
3. Provide genuine, attentive, and friendly service to reflect Nobu standards.
4. Maintain thorough knowledge of the bar menu, including beer, wine, sake, and cocktails.
5. Feel empowered to make decisions that enhance guest experience or resolve complaints.
6. Act as an ambassador for Nobu, embodying our values and commitment to our teams.
