Cabana is the home of the mighty flame-grilled Spicy Malagueta Chicken! Our restaurants are Latin American inspired, known for fabulous grills and cocktails delivered in a vibrant, buzzing atmosphere!

We are ideally looking for a Bartender who:

• Delivers our core focus: to lift people’s spirits & create memorable experiences
• Prepares and serves a diverse range of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers to Cabana specifications
• Has a strong knowledge of our drink menu, ingredients, and can make recommendations to guests based on their preferences
• Interacts with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service and enhancing their overall experience
• Handles opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area
• Maintains cleanliness and organization behind the bar, following health, safety, and food safety guidelines
• Handles cash and operates the POS system efficiently for transactions
• Is outgoing, dedicated to their role, and keen to build and grow an enthusiastic and hardworking team
• Has a high level of organization and strong management skills
• Is available full-time and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and most holidays
• Possesses a good personality with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Is consistent, reliable, and an excellent team player
