Job summary

Prezzo Ltd in the UK is seeking a personable Bartender to join Prezzo Italian's bar team. You will craft cocktails, coffees, and drinks to our specs, delight guests with confident recommendations, and help keep the bar stocked and spotless.

You’ll work closely with front of house and the kitchen to ensure smooth service, assist with stock and waste management, and jump in where needed during busy periods. A passion for drinks and a friendly, confident manner will help you shine.

• Speed and accuracy, even when the tickets are stacking up.

• Know our drinks list and recommend with confidence, from aperitivo to digestivo.
• Keep the bar stocked, organised and spotless.
• Welcome guests at the bar and make every first impression count.
• Keep drinks flowing to the floor so tables never wait.
• Serve alcohol responsibly and follow licensing rules every time.
• Work closely with front of house and the kitchen so service runs smoothly.
• Help with stock counts, deliveries and keeping waste down.
• Jump in wherever you’re needed when it gets busy.

As a Bartender at Prezzo Italian, you run the bar that keeps the restaurant moving. From a perfect spritz to a glass of wine matched to a guest's pasta, you make every drink with care and serve it with personality. What you’ll be responsible for

Crafting great drinks

• Make cocktails, coffees and drinks to our specs, quickly and consistently.
